Easy Roasted Pork Tenderloin Recipe Ingredients to Have Ready
- pork tenderloin: lean long thick roast that is boneless
- Dijon mustard: a combination of seasoning in mustard you can also use spicy brown if preferred.

Ingredients
- Pork Tenderloin
- 1- 2- pound pork tenderloin roast
- 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
- 3 fresh garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup apple sauce
- Optional: pinch of cinnamon
- Glaze:
- 1/2 cup apple juice or white wine
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons of apple jelly
- Thickener: 1 tablespoon of cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons of cold water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and oil spray a roasting deep pan.
- This is for the pork and a coating rub:
- Add the mustard, applesauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and cinnamon if using (around 1/4 teaspoon)
- Coat the pork tenderloin with the mixture in random areas until coated.
- Bake for around 2 hours in the prepared roasting pan.
- Pork Should beat 160 to 165 degrees internal temperature when fully cooked using an instant-read thermometer in the thickest part (no pink inside).
- Glaze:
- Add the juice, vinegar, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and jelly to a small saucepan and simmer for around 4 to 5 minutes.
- Add the thickener for another 2 minutes.
- Slice the pork drizzle the glaze over the top and serve.
