- Sweetened condensed milk
- Almond extract
- pinch of sugar
- tools needed: electric beater to whip the heavy cream, a spatula or spoon to combine ingredients, a freezer container with a cover, for storage

- Funfetti and vanilla extract

No Churn Peach Ice Cream so easy to make this rich creamy delicious all-year-long dessert frozen confection!
Ingredients
- 1 - 14-ounce can of chilled sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk)
- 1 - 16-ounce can of peaches drained and blotted dry (or 5 overly ripe fresh peaches skin removed and pitted)
- 2 teaspoons of almond extract or vanilla
- 2 cups heavy cream
- pinch of sugar
Instructions
- Note: chill the bowl before adding the cream
- In a chilled bowl, add the cream, extract, and pinch of sugar and whip to stiff peaks.
- If using canned peaches, drain and blot dry.
- Place the (canned or fresh) peaches on pulse in a food processor leaving a few chunks.
- Stir the condensed milk into the whipped cream with the extract.
- Fold in the peaches.
- Add to a freezer-safe container with a lid.
- Freeze for 3 hours for softer ice cream, 6 hours for solid.
