Peaches and bananas blended together will make this doctored cake mix into a light fluffy muffin that's one of the best ways to use ripe fruits.

Ingredients
- 2 cups of overripe mashed fruit (2 bananas and 2 peaches)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 - 15.25 ounce box of white, yellow, or spice cake mix
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and oil spray a muffin tin then set that aside.
- In a medium-sized bowl mash the overripe fruits together add the eggs, vanilla, and oil whisk that into the fruit mixture, and set that aside.
- Add the cake mix into the wet fruit mixture and stir until blended (add any mix-ins).
- Spoon the batter into each muffin cup and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the middles look dry in the center of the muffins and spring back to the touch
