Ingredients
- 4 center-cut bone-in pork chops, at least 1 inch thick
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 3 garlic cloves finely minced
- 4 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 lemon sliced
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
- 1 tiny sprig of rosemary chopped fine
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh oregano
- 1 tablespoon fresh flat-leaf chopped parsley
- Garnish: fresh lemon slices and rosemary sprig
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl mix all the herbs, zest, and lemon juice together with lemon slices and set aside.
