Low Sodium Chicken Caesar Dressing Wraps

These "Low Sodium Chicken Caesar Dressing Wraps" make the easiest meal for your family in minutes and healthier with our homemade salad dressing!

This delicious chicken bundle is made with low-sodium homemade tortilla, low-sodium homemade dressing using Greek yogurt and you can control how much spice or Parmesan to allow for your individual dietary needs.

The cheese can be omitted from the wrap and still taste wonderful with just our homemade flavorful Caesar dressing.

The no-egg dressing is a delicious combination of flavors and will enhance a sandwich, served as a dip, and certainly on top of your favorite lettuce greens in a salad.

The recipe is perfect for entertaining making appetizer pinwheels simple fill, roll and sliced but we just love these wraps for lunches, quick dinners especially during a busy week schedule, or for snacking on.

Homemade Caesar Low Sodium Wrap Steps

  1. Easy to make by whisking all the ingredients together in a bowl and chill it for later
  2. Make our recipe for Low Sodium Tortilla Wraps or use store-bought
  3. Have the lettuce chopped and tomatoes diced
  4. Spread the tortilla with the dressing, add the tomatoes and shreds of lettuce along with long shreds of Parmesan cheese (if desired) to the center 
  5. Then roll up tucking in the sides as you're rolling them up
  6. This dressing can be served alongside the wrap for dipping!

  • chicken breast boiled, drained, cubed, or shredded ( you can also use grilled sliced chicken, broiled or homemade rotiserrie chicken
  •  diced tomato
  • shredded Romaine lettuce
  • Low-sodium tortilla wraps homemade or refer to our affiliate link below
  • Caesar Dressing Homemade 
  • plain Greek yogurt
  • low-sodium mayonnaise
  • small cloves garlic minced
  • granulated garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • low-sodium Worcestershire sauce
  •  freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ground mustard
  • black pepper to taste 
  • Optional:  long strands of grated Parmesan cheese per wrap or to your preference

Low Sodium Chicken Caesar Dressing Wraps

This is a low-sodium Caesar salad dressing mixed with Chicken and all the fixings to make a Chicken Caesar Wrap

Ingredients

  • Chicken Wrap Filling Ingredients:
  • 1 - chicken breast boiled, drained, cubed or shredded ( you can also use grilled sliced chicken, broiled or homemade rotiserrie chicken
  • 1 - diced tomato
  • shredded Romaine lettuce
  • Low-sodium tortilla wraps recipe here
  • Homemade Caesar Dressing Ingredients:
  • (recipe can be doubled)
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium mayonnaise
  • 2 small cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
  • pinch of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon low-sodium Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard or more to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon long strands of grated Parmesan cheese per wrap or to your preference

Instructions

  1. Chicken Caesar Low Sodium Salad Dressing/Dip
  2. Mix all the ingredients listed for the Low Sodium Caesar dressing in a bowl, and whisk together.
  3. Note: this can be chilled and will be kept covered for up to 2 days refrigerated.
  4. Chicken Wrap Filling:
  5. In a medium bowl, add the lettuce, chicken tomato, and around 3 tablespoons of dressing and mix to coat these ingredients.
  6. Note: add more or less of the dressing and also if you prefer to add the Parmesan into this mixture read the sodium levels on the packaging to keep it within moderation low sodium ranges.
  7. Chicken Caesar Wrap:
  8. On a clean cutting board, place one tortilla on it.
  9. Add the salad mixture to the center of each tortilla you're filling.
  10. Fold two sides towards the center then roll it up like a burrito.
  11. Serve by cutting the wrap on the diagonal and adhere the two wraps with fancy toothpicks if desired to hold them in place.
  12. This dressing can be served alongside the wrap for dipping!
