Easy Chili Dip
- oil spray a baking casserole or deep dish pie plate and preheat the oven to 400 degrees
- whip the cream cheese until smooth
- make your favorite chili using canned or our recipe for chili
- layer the cheese chili and top with shredded cheese
- bake at 400 until bubbling around 25 to 35 minutes

Chili Cheese Dip
Whether you use homemade chili or store-bought, this party-pleasing dip will be a great addition to your recipe for all chili and cheese lovers!

Ingredients
- 3 cups of Chili (homemade, store-bought in a can or you can even get some from a local restaurant you prefer)
- 2- 8 oz packages of cream cheese at room temperature.
- 1 teaspoon each granulated garlic powder, chili powder
- pinch of salt and pepper or to taste
- 2 cups of extra sharp shredded cheddar cheese grated off the block (not pre-shredded in a bag)
- Note: you can use any brand or kind of block cheese you prefer grated
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and grease a deep dish pie plate or 10 x 10 baking casserole dish.
- In a large bowl using an electric mixer beat the cream cheese until smooth adding the garlic powder, chili powder salt, and pepper to taste.
- Spread this into the prepared pie plate.
- Top the cheese with chili evenly and then the shredded cheese.
- Bake in the 400-degree preheated oven until the cheese melts and the chili is heated and bubbling around 25 to 35 minutes.
- This can be served with tortilla chips and see under notes for topping suggestions.
