Made on the stovetop, these carrots are simmered in buttery brown sugar to make the tastiest glaze out there.
I just love making these any weeknight since they are so quick and easy and everyone loves them not to mention a great way to get kids to eat their vegetables.
I can remember as a child trying to hide carrots or plain heated canned vegetables, but not anymore, these will win anyone's heart and the pickiest of eaters.
Simple enough to make any day of the week and even delicious and pretty enough to serve guests when hosting a party.
No matter what your cooking these will be a favorite new easy side dish.
