- Prepare a muffin tin with liners or without (if no liners spray the tin with cooking spray oil) and preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Mix the cake mix with pudding, eggs, milk, and oil
- Beat for 3 minutes
- Using an ice cream scoop, place it in a prepared cupcake tin
- Fill 24 muffins cups with the batter and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes

Triple Berry muffins are made with a white cake mix and instant pudding. These are so easy to make, moist, and bursting with juicy berries.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups a mixed assortment of red raspberries, blackberries and fresh blueberries
- 1 package of white cake mix
- 1 package of instant lemon pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and either line a cupcake tin with paper liners or oil spray heavily for easy removal.
- Beat everything all together (except for berries) until well blended and smooth around 3 minutes with an electric mixer, then fold in the blueberries at the end.
- Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
- Note: you can save some berries and add them to the top before baking.
- Bake at 350 degrees until browned around 25 minutes.
- Use the toothpick method, if it comes clean they are done when you insert it in the center.

- 1/2 flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons softened butter and 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
