No-Bake Pineapple Pie Step By Step
- Drain the pineapple
- In a large bowl beat the sugar and cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Add drained and strained crushed pineapple
- Fold in the whipped cream or topping
- Pile into the graham cracker crust and chill until set for at least 2 hours.
I have to admit I still love my graham cracker crust made from scratch and baked for a few minutes for a crunchy bite so I will leave it up to you for store-bought or homemade with the recipe I also included below in our recipe card.
If you really want to change this up a little you can also use crushed vanilla wafers, shortbread cookies, or even another cookie crust you like.

- make sure any fruit you use is blotted dry so as not to water down the whipped cream
- for a faster set time for your pie freeze it for 35 minutes
- keep the pie covered in the refrigerator so it won't pick up flavors from the fridge
- the pie will keep fresh for 3 days store in the refrigerator covered
- soften the cream cheese to ensure it will be smooth and creamy when whipped

No Bake Pineapple Cream Pie

This is a delicious fluffy pineapple no-bake cream cheese pie.A refreshing creamy pie perfect in the warmer weather and any fruits can be substituted
Ingredients
- 1 - 8 ounce package of cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup sugar or substitute sugar-free substitutes to taste
- 3 cups of sweetened whipped heavy cream or use 1 - 8 ounce tub of whipped topping thawed (sugar-free can use also)
- NOTE: you will need 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream whipped as it doubles in volume
- 20-ounce can of crushed pineapple drained see notes below
- 1 graham cracker crust store-bought or homemade
- see notes for other fruit substitutions below
Instructions
- Drain the pineapple in a strainer squeezing all the juice out and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl beat the sugar and cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Add drained and strained crushed pineapple.
- Fold in the whipped cream or topping.
- Pile into the graham cracker crust and chill until set for at least 2 hours.
- Instructions on how to make Homemade Graham Cracker Crust:
- 1 sleeve of graham crackers put through a food processor making fine crumbs
- 4 tablespoons softened butter
- pinch of cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- Mix together.
- Lightly oil sprays a 9-inch pie plate.
- Press into a pie plate, I prefer to bake this for 8 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Note you can also use shortbread or butter cookies, nilla wafers crushed instead of graham crackers.
- Instructions if using Heavy Cream whipped:
- Using a chilled bowl, whip 1 -1/2 cups of heavy cream with an electric mixer with 2 tablespoons of sugar or to taste, until stiff peaks form this will double in volume to 3 cups.
