The taste is incredible with a cookie base, fluffy cream cheese marshmallow frosting, and topped with fresh fruit, perfect and so pretty for any occasion
These are great for summer holiday events dressed in patriotic colors in red, white, and blue that will make a delicious dessert for that outdoor barbecue.
The best part about this dessert is you can make them from scratch, refrigerated supermarket cookie dough, a boxed cookie mix, or even already made sugar cookies from your favorite bakery.
You can build your own mini cookie pizza party by setting up a dish of cookies, a fruit platter, and they can spread the frosting on and build their own. Perfect for parties.

Easy Steps To Making Mini Fruit Pizza
- Bake (or buy) your cookies according to the recipe or package directions and cool completely
- Make the frosting or use canned
- Spread each cookie with an even layer of icing
- Cut your fruit you choose to use into a variety of shapes and sizes.
- Arrange them in patterns on your cookies to create beautiful cookie desserts
Ingredients You Will Need (scroll to the recipe card for exact measurements)
- cream cheese
- marshmallow cream
- vanilla
- baked sugar cookies, either store-bought, packaged mix, refrigerator dough, or your favorite recipe(see mine in the recipe card)
- smaller fruits of choice
- Optional toppings: granulated sugar for the fruit on top as a garnish
- Nutella, Jam, Canned Frosting, Cookie Butter, Lemon Curd
- Note: you can use cream cheese frosting in a hurry instead of cream cheese vanilla and sugar
Tips and Fruit Suggestions

- bing cherries or maraschino cherries

- blotted dry canned diced fruit cocktail cups ( the fruits are smaller and diced)
- use colorful nuts, craisins, dried fruits, colorful candied cherries for the holiday
- make one large round cookie in a pizza pan with refrigerator dough
- use canned cream cheese frosting
- any packaged cookie mix works well but always use butter not margarine to prevent spreading
- I always refrigerate the dough and preheat the oven for perfect cookies
- be sure to cool the cookies before removing them from the cookie sheets
- use any flavored cookie you prefer
- other toppings can be use or frosting IE Nutella, Cookie Butters, Jams, Lemon Curd, etc.
- garnish: colored sugars or regular sugar
- tint the dough for a colorful change
- add funfetti to the sugar cookies or colored sugar on top of the fruits
- Note: the cookies have fruits on them and will get soggy if you leave them out for hours, it's best to make them fresh and serve immediately

Cookie Fruit Pizza
These are sugar cookies topped with a cream cheese frosting and decorated with fresh or canned fruits.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup unsalted butter softened
- 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- Note: any packaged sugar cookie mix works well or bakery sugar cookies prepackaged
- you can use canned cream cheese frosting in a pinch
- Cream Cheese Topping:
- 1 - 13 ounce jar of marshmallow cream
- 1 - 8 - ounce package of cream cheese
- Optional: pureed some fruit to tint the cream cheese for color

Instructions
- Cookie Dough:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or use Silpat mats.
- Cream the sugar and butter until light and fluffy around 3 minutes.
- Mix the dry ingredients together in another bowl then blend together in the creamed butter mixture until mixed evenly.
- I refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes so these don't spread.
- Roll into 2 inch balls, place on prepared pans, and bake for around 8 to 10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Cool completely.
- In the meantime, make the topping whip the cream cheese and marshmallow until evenly blended light, and fluffy.
- Spread on cooled cookies then just before serving add the fruit of choice.
- You can build your own mini pizza dessert party by setting up a cookie dish, a fruit platter, and they can spread the frosting on and add the fruit of choice. Perfect for parties.
- If using a mix or refrigerated dough follow directions on the packaging.
