Bang Bang Corn
Corn is a staple at most cookouts and this sweet and spicy corn is terrific alongside your meats for all your holiday, barbecue planning
Ingredients
- 6 corn on the cob husks removed and silky strings
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 3 tablespoon butter (melted)
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional parsley or cilantro for garnish, cayenne pepper or hot sauce for more heat if desired
Instructions
- Heat your grill to medium heat.
- In a medium bowl, mix together chili sauce, butter, sriracha, garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Brush half the butter mixture all over the corn.
- Place the corn on the grill, turning and basting with remaining bang bang butter.
- Garnish with parsley if desired and serve.
