Stuffing Burgers
These burgers are super easy to make, just stuff them with whatever cheese you like however make sure they easily melt.
I really love super-sharp cheeses like cheddar or a hardy flavor like blue cheese but they all work great.
The best part about the burgers is bitting into all the oozing cheese so don't be afraid to pack them in the middle.
There are so many toppings, I hope I listed enough but these really taste great plain since the meat is seasoned perfectly.
If you prefer your burger rare please make sure you use an instant-read meat thermometer to ensure the correct temperature is achieved.
