Slow Cooker Beer Sirloin Steak

This beer steak is so fork-tender and it can be slow-cooked, grilled, air fried, broiled, smoked, or pan-fried.

Every cut of meat tastes great no matter what you serve it with after using this beer seasoning.

Sirloin steak is so fork-tender you can use the meat for tacos, pasta, in wraps, over mashed potatoes, rice, or even use the leftovers in a stir fry.

Grilled beer sirloin is terrific during the summer months after a few hours of marinating it will have wonderful crisp tasty edges.

The steak is terrific no matter which way you cook it, but if you love it rare then I would only recommend pan-fried, broil, or grilled, to keep a close eye on how you like the meat cooked.

We love using beer in recipes, do try our Baked Beer Chicken also, and if you happen to have leftover try this meat in our Leftover Meat Stir Fry.

If you rather use ribeye or even chuck roast, the beer will be a great addition to your recipe for flavor and tenderizing no matter what beef you use.

Cuts Of Beef and Steak

As I said previously,  sirloin steak is so versatile in many recipes when made in a  slow cooker or instant pot process.

This basic recipe is designed to eliminate tough meat and make it a fork-tender delight.

Using it as a filling, or eating this as your main course for dinner with some sides, is  just the beginning of so many creative meal ideas.

If you are using a different cooking method then I highly recommend marinating overnight IE:  London broil, chuck roast,  round steak, flank, or skirt steak first.
