Tips

  • Never pat down the hamburgers while cooking, it removes the juices
  • While making the hamburger patties place wax paper between them
  • Use loose sweet or hot sausage
  • Refrigerate the burgers while making the alfredo sauce
  • The fat from the sausage will make a large high flame so keep it on low heat
  • Use all fresh herbs when possible for best results
  • Use your favorite hard rolls, garlic bread or even pretzel rolls. our favorite is either a hard roll or ciabatta bread roll.

Mom always made her own homemade sausage, so I still do.

Be sure to get some sausage meat that is loose hot or sweet to add to the beef, it really kicks up the taste and goes perfectly with the alfredo sauce.

The flavors together are total perfection for this burger.
