- peaches with juice
- apricots canned in juice
- plums in juice
- canned raspberries or blackberries in juice
Ingredients You Will Need
- crushed pineapple, undrained
- diced ripe and juicy fresh mango
- white, yellow, lemon, orange or spice cake mix
- butter, cut into thin slices
- flaked coconut
- pinch of cinnamon optional omit if using spice cake
- Optional: maraschino cherries, drained and cut in half or with a stem for garnishing, whipped cream for serving
How To Air Fry Dump Cake
- Grease a baking dish to fit your air fryer with cooking spray.
- Place fruits on the bottom. Top with 1/3 of the dry cake mix or to the top of the baking dish you're using. (you will not need the entire bag of cake mix)
- Dot with thin slices of butter in a single layer, then top with coconut.
- Set into the basket or oven. Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes to 350 degrees then add the baking dish for 25 minutes.
- If there are any spots of cake mix that do not have butter covering it, place a piece to cover the spot.
- You will want to test the middle and continue air frying for 1-minute intervals if not set in the middle.
- Test with a toothpick at 25 minutes. It should come out clean.

An easy cake made with pineapple, mango, and coconut with a tropical island taste using a cake mix!
Ingredients
- 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 2 diced ripe and juicy fresh mango (or use overripe peach slices)
- Note: (if using canned peaches or mango use a 10 ounce can undrained)
- 1 package white, yellow, or spice cake mix
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, cut into thin slices
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- pinch of cinnamon optional omit if using spice cake
- Optional: maraschino cherries, drained and cut in half or with a stem for garnishing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Coat a 9- x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Spread pineapple with its liquid, mango or peaches, in the baking dish.
- Evenly sprinkle with cake mix.
- Top with a single layer of butter slices, then sprinkle with coconut, and cinnamon if using.
- Bake 40 to 45 minutes, or until golden on top and bubbly.
- Cool at least 15 minutes before serving.
- Serve with whipped cream and a cherry.
