An easy candy with a homemade toffee layer over saltine crackers and topped with melted semi-sweet chocolate. Broken into pieces after it cools an addicting treat that also makes a great gift.

It reminds me of a cross between a candy Heath bar with a crunchy kind of cookie bottom.

The recipe has only 4 ingredients and is easy to find in your local supermarket!

Keep in mind how versatile this is to decorate as you can use any kind of flavored or tinted chocolate (mint, white or dark) on it.

Maybe you've heard this called by another name like Christmas toffee, Christmas crack, cracker candy, saltine cracker toffee, cracker caramel bites, Christmas crack toffee, salted saltine crack candy, chocolate-covered cracker bark this list goes on.

All I know is this candy is super simple to make and no candy thermometer is necessary, fast when you're in a hurry for a last-minute gift, and can be decorated for any themed occasion.
