Crescent Roll Breakfast Pizza

An easy all in one pan breakfast with crescent rolls on the bottom and a cheese meat egg topping.
ingredients:
1 can of refrigerated crescent roll dough spread into an oil sprayed pan ( I used 9 inch deep square)
2 cooked and sliced Italian Sausage links, or 1/2 cup any breakfast sausages cut up, cooked bacon, ham or pepperoni
Roasted Peppers
1 cup hash browns or leftover cut up baked potatoes
mini pepperoni
3 eggs
1/4 cup to 1/2 cup milk, half and half or cream
salt, pepper to taste
1 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning blend
2 tablespoon melted butter
2 cups shredded cheese ( provolone, mozzarella, colby or sharp cheddar)
Optional ingredients you can add: mushrooms, chopped tomatoes juice squeezed out, finely diced eggplant, shredded zucchini. chopped ham, cooked bacon or bacon bits, pork breakfast sausage cooked, chopped tater tots, diced onion, chopped spinach, chopped escarole, artichokes hearts, asparagus chopped, hot peppers, cooked broccoli or cauliflower, sliced olives, feta cheese, and any kind of your favorite shredded cheeses,
instructions:
Beat the eggs and milk together add salt pepper, seasonings, garlic, set aside. Press dough in the bottom of a baking pan sprayed with cooking oil. Brush with melted butter on top of the rolls. Add the toppings of choice above (or any other vegetables you and your family like)on the top of the dough. I used roasted peppers, Italian sausage, pepperoni and cheese with leftover cut up baked potato. Sprinkle with around 2 cups of shredded cheese of choice. Pour egg mixture over the top and bake on preheated oven of 375 degrees until browned on top around 30 minutes.
