Stir Fry Method
What exactly is a stir fry?
This technique is to quickly cook small amounts of food in uniform pieces in just a little hot oil using a large skillet or wok.
Almost always the vegetables have a little crunch to them and we ours just a little more cooked than usual.
You will have to decide how you and your family prefer them.
Most cooking styles are just coated quickly with oil to retain their color, crunch, and nutrients.
