One Meal in a Pan
I just love this meal all in one pan.
It's so easy and the chicken stays so moist and juicy!
You can add just about anything around the bottom of the pan of vegetables your family likes too.
There is one thing I love about cooking more than easy recipes, cleaning up! This one is simple, easy to make, delicious, and easy to clean!

I really do love the flavors in this lemon, herb, and spice chicken, and lemon really keeps the juices flavored inside.
Tips
- cover the hole thickly with foil
- make sure all the insides have been removed and the neck cut out of the chicken
- keep the bird moist by adding wine or beer to the bottom
- add potatoes carrot, onion, and celery for more flavor
- vegetable in front and behind the bird will keep it standing and away from the edge of the pan
- I place the pan into a throw-away foil pan for any spillage if any
- baste every half hour
- if you have a very small bundt pan try using cornish game hen for one person
- place the bundt pan on a cookie sheet in case of spillage

Bundt Pan Roasted Chicken

This is an all in one healthy style roasted chicken made in a bundt pan, it's so delicious you can hardly wait for dinner while it's baking!
Ingredients
- Prepare the bundt pan with heavy duty foil and then parchment paper over the top hole of the bundt pan oil sprayed
- 1 4lb pound Chicken
- dried or fresh herbs, basil oregano, parsley, rosemary or use Italian blended seasonings
- fresh lemon
- Parmesan cheese
- Italian flavored bread crumbs
- Beer, white wine, or lemon juice and water
- Poultry injector is Optional:
- Bundt pan
- Foil
- Cooking spray
- olive oil
- Clean the chicken by removing all the insides and cutting the small piece off the backend of it
- Place a whole chicken or (capon) over the hole that was prepared with foil to cover leakage
- Spray the chicken with Butter flavored oil spray or rub
- with extra virgin olive oil
- Add any vegetables you like to roast along the bottom coated with oil.
- Toss the vegetables in a bowl with around 2 tablespoons of oil first and sprinkle with Italian seasoning before adding to the bundt pan.
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 425 degrees
- Italian Style Like in the Photo Recipe
- Rub fresh cloves of garlic all over the skin of the chicken or if you as you can just sprinkle it with granulated garlic, using 3 whole cloves inside the bird and also under the skin. I use around 3 cloves.
- salt, pepper, to taste
- If you like hot and spicy sprinkle with cayenne pepper
- Evenly sprinkle oregano, fresh chopped basil, fresh chopped parsley, and fresh sprigs of rosemary, Use dried if you don't have fresh herbs.
- 2 - fresh lemons juiced, then squeezed over the bird ( I leave them inside the bird while baking)
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese on top and Italian flavored bread crumbs over the top of the chicken.
- Note: always use fresh herbs when you can.
- I add beer or white wine on the bottom and keep the pan moist or inject the bird.
- You can also add lemon juice and water if you prefer and it tenderizes it even more if you inject the bird
- Other Baking Flavors to make:
- Barbecue sauce,
- Buffalo Chicken Wing Sauce
- Ranch dressing
- Bottle of Italian dressing
- Duck Sauce and grated orange rind.
- Or just sprinkle with whatever seasonings you like Cajun or Mexican style using a taco mix
- Asian flavors use soy sauce and oyster sauce.
- Lemon and garlic and parmesan cheese with a sprinkle of bread crumbs on top
- Roast the chicken at 425 degrees until crispy around 1 hour or until juices run clear.
- If your bird isn't crispy enough but cooked, put it under a broiler for a few minutes on high.
