These little pizza biscuit muffins are fun, and the perfect snack food especially on game day with a variety of other party finger foods.
Any kind of pizza I put in front of my crew is always loved and these appetizer pizza biscuits are the first to all get eaten and I never seem to make enough.

This is a layered batter of cheese, homemade biscuits, and sauce and topped with pepperoni great appetizer or snack!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons mixture of basil, oregano, and parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper just a dash or to taste and optional cayenne pepper if you like heat
- 1/2 cup store-bought pizza sauce or use homemade
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup diced pepper pepperoni, genoa salami, or Italian cooked sausage
- Optional: diced olives, diced peppers, diced mushrooms
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Grease a muffin pan with oil cooking spray.
- In a large bowl add the flour baking powder, dried herbs, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Stir in the milk and eggs to blend evenly.
- Layer the cupcake tin by adding some batter smoothing evenly, cheese, and sauce then top with pepperoni or whatever else you like on a pizza, ending with more cheese.
- Bake the muffins until lightly browned around 25 to 30 minutes.
- Serve with more dipping sauce if you like any kind even alfredo!
