Easy homemade sausage slider!
ingredients:
Slider buns
Sliced fresh mushrooms (buy enough for the amount you need for each slider)
White wine
Butter, olive oil
Salt, pepper,
2 minced garlic cloves
Homemade Sausage or use store bought
instructions:
n a small fry pan add 1 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Add the minced garlic, salt, pepper to taste and mushrooms. Saute for around 3 minutes then add around 1/2 cup white wine. Cook down until half the wine is gone. Set aside
Fire up the grill. Make the amount of fresh sausage patties you want and grill until sausage is thoroughly cooked.
Toast each slider bun on the grill. Add the cooked sausage on the bun, top with mushrooms. Great alone or with steak sauce.
