This delightful baked custard is one that my Grandma would make with that leftover pumpkin she would roast after Halloween.
This custard is delicious by itself or making dessert parfaits and even in a graham cracker crust!
If you're a diehard pumpkin fan, pumpkin puree baked in this smooth silky custard will be a new favorite maybe even over that slice of Pumpkin Pie.
Whipped heavy cream, with sweet smooth pumpkin, is the star of this easy dessert parfait or all-in-one pie plate as a no-cook pie (just add crust and whipped cream on top as shown below).
Perfect with a Pumpkin Spice Frappe or Pumpkin Latte when you need a beverage to go with dessert.
We add crushed cookies, and whipped cream and layered it's a true delight and a quick way to stop that pumpkin craving.
Of course, we still love to make Pumpkin Cake, Pumpkin Cream Cheese Rolls, Pumpkin Cake Mix Cookies, and Pumpkin Bread.
