Chilean Sea Bass With Pineapple Lime Butter

A delicious way to prepare Chilean Sea Bass you will love this dining experience with this wonderful light-tasting fish. Buttery wine flaky fish.

This is a buttery delicious fish that's naturally sweet meat and tender, moist, and totally gourmet.

Although Chilean Sea Bass is a bit pricey it's a must try at least once in a seafood lover's lifetime if possible.

Chilean sea bass although again very expensive is also a sought-after fish due to its rich flavor.

This white fish is a wonderful addition to your fish diet and is healthy, high in protein, and low in-carb seafood.

Easy Tips

  1. Do not overcook this delicate seafood, the seafood will cook quickly with these ingredients and the internal temperature should be 145 degrees
  2. Wrap it in parchment paper for the oven and in tinfoil on the grill
  3. Other fruit can be used instead of pineapple IE mango, peaches cubed or plums sliced
  4. Allergic to seafood? Substitute Chicken or Pork Tenderloin in this recipe

Chilean Sea Bass With Pineapple Lime Butter

A delicious way to prepare Sea Bass you will love this dining experience with this wonderful light-tasting fish.

Ingredients

  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 lime sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon butter cut into pieces
  • fresh parsley and fresh basil for each piece of you're cooking
  • 4 pieces of Sea Bass 1 inch in thickness (slice in half if thicker)
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon light brown sugar per piece of fish
  • 1/2 cup cubed pineapple fresh or canned
  • Large sheet of Parchment Paper or for the Grill Aluminum Foil
  • Cooking Spray

Instructions

  1. This can be baked or grilled.
  2. Wrap in parchment for baking.
  3. Spray aluminum foil with cooking spray. if grilling
  4. Heat grill on medium heat (if baking heat oven to 400 degrees)
  5. In a small bowl mix together lime juice, soy, olive oil, garlic, and seasonings.
  6. Place fish on sprayed foil.
  7. Dot with butter.
  8. Drizzle mixture over the top.
  9. Place pineapple, and lime slices and sprinkle with brown sugar on top.
  10. Top with fresh herbs.
  11. Fold tightly and bake or grill for around 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily around 15 minutes.
