- prepare a pan and preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- crush the chocolate graham crackers and mix them with the ingredients
- press into a 9x9 pan and bake for 10 minutes
- mix the filling and pour over the partially cooked crust
- bake 25 minutes
- add the chocolate chips wait a few minutes until they softened and spread over the top
- cool completely before cutting the bars

Rich and chewy coconut bars made easy using a chocolate graham cracker crust, sweetened condensed milk, and semi-sweet chocolate chips!
Ingredients
- Bottom Crust:
- 1/4 cup butter softened
- 1 cup chocolate graham crackers crushed
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Filling:
- 1 can condensed milk (14-ounce size)
- 2 cups coconut put through a food processor finely chopped
- Topping:
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix the butter and chocolate graham crackers and sugar in a bowl.
- Put that into a 9x9 pan or small brownie pan.
- Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
- Pour the coconut mixture over the top and bake until browned around 20 to 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven.
- Pour chocolate chips on top while still warm.
- Put it back into the oven for a minute so this is easier to spread using the back of a spoon.
- Cool completely before cutting.
