Chicken Parmesan Meatballs

Seriously a delicious way to make chicken meatballs or even chicken patties with this recipe into a Parmesan for an appetizer and great sandwiches.

I love the fact chicken is less money in beef and lower than fat and these taste great!

For parties, we make them with a melon ball scoop and use toothpicks in them for appetizers.

We love to make these ahead of time and just freeze them on cookie sheets and into freezer bags all ready for the next party.

You can add these to a slow cooker with marinara sauce and keep warm.

Please the recipe can be made into chicken patties also to make sliders or great chicken parmesan burgers.

This versatile recipe can be anything from making a whole meal or just to snack on.

Those are just a few ideas and I am sure you can come up with many more!

This recipe is so easy and comes together with just a few ingredients!

We love Italian meatballs, meatballs on pizza and even meatball appetizers in a delicious glazed sauce for game day and events!

Of course, if you love old fashioned regular Chicken Parmesan from scratch that's our all-time favorite meal, these are great for a quick fix!

Perfect Party Appetizers

Chicken meatballs are great for making patties, loosely fried to add to pasta dishes, these meatballs are a great little appetizer for parties on toothpicks

Perfect for game day parties, any other events you may have with family and friends.

Everyone loves meatballs and baked, air fried, old fashioned fried on the stovetop, this is a winner.

We baked these with loads of sauce and mozzarella melted cheese on top and they are truly a hit every time I make them.

Cooking Methods

  • You can add this to an air fryer, baked them on a cookie sheet, or fry them on the stovetop.
  • Using the slow cooker is perfect for entertaining to keep them warm.
  • I usually air fry mini chicken meatballs, add them to the slow cooker with sauce then top with shredded cheese just before serving until melted.
  • Grill them outside, they taste great!
  • I very seldom fry in oil anymore, just bake or air fry, you can do them any way you prefer.
  • Even the patties come out great on oil sprayed foil and they crisp right up perfect for on top of a salad for a lighter meal!
  • We also love Chicken Parmesan Sliders or submarine garlic bread sandwiches with loads of melted mozzarella cheese on top for dinner.

Healthier Alternative

Ground chicken or ground turkey has less fat in the meat.

The ground meats are a healthier alternative to using beef for meatballs.

We still love out Italian fried meatballs, this is a great alternative to those watching calories and fat content.
