- if you can't find refrigerator biscuit dough use pie crust, pizza dough, or homemade empanada dough the only change will be the cooking times

- cut the dough in half and use a muffin tin fill and add a top and bottom dough layer

Super easy appetizers that are the perfect finger foods for a large crowd. These come together fast using refrigerator dough and we have many filling suggestions to try!
Ingredients
- 2 cans of refrigerator rolls or crescent rolls
- 24 thin slices or small chunks of pepperoni or another deli meat you prefer (salami, capicola, roast beef)
- around 1/4 cup or more of Parmesan grated cheese
- enough granulated garlic powder for the top of each roll
- cooking oil butter spray, olive oil, or melted butter
- Optional: dried oregano, dried parsley dried basil, ground black pepper
- shredded mozzarella for each roll around 1 tablespoon for each or use your favorite shredded cheese
Instructions
- Unroll the biscuits.
- Flatten to a thin 1/4 inch with your fingers on a cutting board.
- Brush each one with cooking oil spray, olive oil or butter.
- Place some shredded cheese on the dough then pepperoni slices.
- Sprinkle the pepperoni with small amounts of Parmesan, spices, and herbs if using.
- Roll up.
- Place on a parchment-lined or foil cookie sheet.
- Spray with butter cooking spray or brush with more olive oil and sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder on top or all the dried herbs on each one if using.
- Bake at 400-degree oven till browned on top around 10 to 15 minutes.
