- 1 can (8-ounce) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- Note: you can also use a can of any biscuits or refrigerated pie crust. The pie crust will take longer to cook.
- 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 medium-sized apple diced fine
- Optional: 2 tablespoons finely crushed pecan or another nut you prefer
- For the Glaze: 1/2 cup of powdered sugar mixed with 1 tablespoon of milk and a pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the cinnamon, sugar, and apples in a bowl and set aside.
- Unroll the dough.
- Brush each one with butter.
- Using a teaspoon top the buttery dough with the cinnamon mixture.
- Roll them up.
- Place them seam-side down.
- Bake between 10 and 12 minutes or until golden brown.
