- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 3 large eggs at room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups shredded zucchini

- 1/2 cup pecan halves, coarsely chopped, or other nuts you like
