- prepare and grease a brownie pan and set it aside
- beat the eggs in a bowl and set aside

You can use any baking mix flavor you find out there, I usually buy Walmart brands which are inexpensive for this brownie recipe.
One combination we also love is milk chocolate chips and coconut mixed in with the batter.

Semi-Homemade Baking Mix Brownies

These moist brownies start out with using any baking mix and are semi-homemade. The recipe makes a surprisingly easy fantastic-tasting brownie!
Ingredients
- 1- 2/3 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup butter melted
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 large eggs beaten and set aside
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 - 1/3 cups baking mix
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- Optional: nuts of any kind
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Prepare a small brownie pan with parchment paper or flour and butter the pan.
- Melt the butter then add sugar, water, vanilla, baking mix, and unsweetened cocoa to a mixing bowl.
- Beat the eggs into the mixture until smooth.
- If adding any nuts or chips fold them in this step.
- Usually, a spatula is placed into the prepared brownie pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or longer depending on how deep the pan you're using.
- Use the toothpick method to ensure the middle is set.
- Cool completely before cutting.
