Ingredients You Will Need
- butter
- sugar
- salt
- baking soda
- flour
- baking powder
- egg
- vanilla
- unsweetened cocoa powder
- nuts of choice and chocolate chips .
Other Additions
- white chocolate chips
- peanut butter chips
- mint chocolate chips
- candy bars chopped
- any kinds of nuts
Tips
- always use a good grade chocolate
- use tongs to dip each end
- do not over bake these cookies
- add any kinds of nuts or sprinkles on top
- use an assorted of candy bars for a different kind of cookie
- these cookies can also be dipped on one end in melted chocolate or frosted

This is so fudgy and full of chocolate it's one of that death by chocolate cookies!
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2/3 cup unsweet cocoa powder
- 1 large bag 12 oz chocolate chips
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups of granulated sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 2 large eggs (at room temperature)
- 1 cup macadamia nuts, walnuts, pecans, or your favorite kind coarsely chopped optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- In a large bowl cream butter, sugar, eggs, and extracts.
- Sift flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add to creamed mixture.
- Stir in chips and nuts.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls or roll into round balls, flatten a little with the palm of your hand then onto ungreased cookie sheets, sprinkle with sugar crystals or regular sugar.
- Bake at 350, 8 minutes, or until set in middle.
- Cool 5 minutes before sliding off the cookie sheet.
